The CR2500 and CR3500 offer cordless usage in 2 modes: 1)Battery 'Batch' storage 2)Wireless Bluetooth Connectivity(requires separate BT modem purchase).
The other major difference related to user interface features. The CR2500 offers a simpler traditional scanner interface, while the CR3500 includes an LCD display and phone-style keypad to review and interact with scanned results. The advanced CR3500 display allows it to be used for many task previously limited to expensive Windows Mobile PDA terminals, and without the need for expensive Windows OS middleware development.
All scanner models include 6-ft. straight USB cable.
