Hi-Resolution Fabric Chemical Etch Stencil TS20 is intended for applications, such as Chemical Etch, which might require a tear-proof stencil material. Compared to the TS0 and TS4 tissue stencil material, TS20 is a wax-coated woven polyester fabric. It can be marked with the same low-cost thermal printer hardware, but can be used with far more caustic transfer materials. Hi-Resolution Composite 'Bake-In' Stencil CS4 is a 2-part thermal transfer media kit. Part 1 is a porous, hi-thread count, polyester fabric. Part 2 is a high-temp, chemically resistant, resin thermal transfer ribbon. They are combined into a standard hi-resolution thermal transfer printer to create a marked stencil that is porous in all areas outside the resin marked artwork. This porosity allows the stencil to be added to the top layer of black graphite composites and coated with resin prior to component cure. The result is a permanent mark which is embedded into the composite structure itself. Recommended Printers (300 dpi minimum): Intermec PM4i, Brady IP300/600, Zebra 110XiIII.
