Our thermal stencil materials can be used with a very wide array of ink products. Enthone epoxy inks are simply one of the more common silkscreen inks in industrial use today. We offer basic Black & White color options to maximize barcode constrast, all in 1-quart can volumes.
Each quart order comes with a half-pint catalyst. IDI orders these materials with a B-28 catalyst for room temperature cures within 3-days (heat application can be employed to speed full cure). Customers may request a different catalyst material, generally at no additional charge (exception is Cat 5 which is $75/half-pint). Please refer to Enthone documentation for a full description of ink and catalyst options.
A supplies kit of gloves & tools for measuring, mixing, and applying silkscreen inks to surfaces - 100 sets. Includes cut-to-size squeegie blades and 50-foot sample roll of MATPIDI-TS4 stencil material.
